I was supposed to click "ok"..I did not..I backed out..none of my info had been entered...

WTF???? can someone else go there and click the where's my refund a couple times and see if this happens to you???

Abi, I'm having a small "senior moment" right now, but back about '08-09 this message came up.  I think it was during the cash for clunkers period.  Maybe someone else will remember?  It was something to do with car financing.  I remember everyone freaking out about the government being able to take control of our computers, if the link was clicked.
