Original Message Today Feb. 3rd is the 54th anniversary of "The Day The Music Died" when Buddy Holly, The Big Bopper, and Ritchie Valens died in a plane crash.

It's also Superbowl Sunday.

The lyrics to the song American Pie creep me out anyways...But, "Drove my Chevy to the levy but the levy was dry" New Orleans has levys. It also has the Super Bowl. Also...There's this lyric.

"Eight Miles High and falling fast
It landed foul on the grass
The players tried for a forward pass with the Jester on the sidelines in a cast
Now, the halftime air was sweet perfume while the Sergeants played a marching tune
We all got up to dance, oh, but we never got the chance
'Cause the players tried to take the field - the marching band refused to yield
Do you recall what was revealed the day the music died? "

Yeah, describing a football game.

Umm....This whole Super Bowl thing is starting to get creepy to me.

Anyone agree?
