Original Message According to the Sunday People, a British newspaper, an asteroid will come extremely close to hitting Earth in less than two weeks. The space rock is an estimated 45 meters and could cause as much devastation as a Hydrogen bomb if it unexpectedly hit planet Earth.

On Friday, February 15, the small asteroid is expected to pass beneath satellites circling Earth. The space rock is supposed to miss our planet by just 15,000 miles. If the asteroid does pass this near to Earth, it will be the closest asteroid fly by known to man in history.
