if a new cabinet is not formed then the old cabinet has the power, and the old cabinet is alot more rightwing then the new cabinet is going to be so i guess it could be that bibi is afraid that a new govermant wont support a war and is going to finish with syria and hezbolla in the next 2-4weeks.
