Original Message I am not really a prepper but I do have pantry items passed their expiration date. What I do is experiment! I feel if it is a flop it was stuff I was thinking of throwing out anyway!

Here it goes..

4 Chocolate Lovers..

Cookies!

1 - 18.25 oz box dark chocolate Fudge Cake Mix

3 Large eggs

1 Stick butter (melted)

Confectionery sugar

Mix eggs (beaten), melted butter add cake mix.

Refrig. for 4 hours

Roll into walnut size balls and roll into sifted confectionery sugar.

Bake 350 degrees for 12 minutes

Chix Jambalaya

1 - can chicken broth

1 - can water

Add one can chicken or leftover breast from a roaster deli chicken

1 cup rice (uncooked) it absorbs the liquids

1 jar South western Salsa

Cook 20 minutes Serves 4
