Original Message My class mate is going through something bad and doesn't know what to do. Child services came in and took his kids because of an anonymous complaint. He said it was all a big lie but he has mental health history so I'm not so sure. The kids were placed in a foster home but one of them developed mrsa or scabbies or something. If it can be proven to the judge that they unlawfully placed the children based on speculation, can he and his family sue because there were no medical problems prior to THEM taking them. It sickens me because there literally is NO JUSTICE for children who are abused. the abusive parents lose and the system sucks them in and causes more problems then the parents did originally. Especially if it was all based on lies. My class mate seems fairly normal, but I know you cant judge a book by its cover. He also said that the kids are always dirty when he goes to supervised visits and one of them fell down the steps, the other kids reported.
