[/quote] CHP issues Blue Alert for third time since its inception Inspired by the Amber Alert notification system that alerts the public to abducted children, the Blue Alert system was enacted in January 2011 to notify the public of individuals on the lam who are suspected of killing or seriously injuring peace officers, said Officer Mario Lopez of the CHP's Inland Division in San Bernardino. ..that wrong enough for you?...God, it's the 3rd hit on Google !!!...not just wrong BUT LAZY... Yesterday they made a big deal that the L.A. police, and other California agencies had issued a "Blue Alert" According to the CHP a "Blue Alert" is issued when an officer is killed.

So now here is something interesting. I googled "Blue Alert" along with California, CHP, or "Los Angelas" and filtered for anytime before this week.

With how many officers are killed in any given year there should be quite a few news stories of "Blue ALert" being activated.
NONE!! Not until this week.
So a "Blue Alert" apparently never has been used before.
So what happened this time when a "Blue Alert" was sent out?

“There was no warning. There were no orders. No commands. Just gunshots.”
as two Asian women were both shot for just being in a truck.

A second officer-involved shooting involving Torrance police occurred around 5:45 a.m. on Flagler Lane, Cmmdr. Andrew Smith said. No injuries were reported in that incident.
So what does it mean?
The "Blue Alert" declaration is a shoot to kill order. They are not even attempting to take Dorner alive.
In previous Police shootings No "Blue Alert" was ever given, suspects were not shot at with no direct threat.
Please do the research. Prove me wrong.
