Was at Godiva Chocolates today and the price of 1 truffle is now $2.50! I worked there around 2004 briefly and then 1 truffle was about $ 1.60.
Paying $2.50 for ONE little piece of chocolate borders on insanity. I enjoy quality products but that is just too much for such a trivial amount. You can buy a whole King size Hershey's bar for 1.00 some places. But I've noticed even the regular candy bars have significantly increased in price. pretty much every brand
