the whole "kosher" food thing is a scam in itself.  you have to pay so much per year PLUS pay another fee whenever the rabbi randomly shows up to inspect the processing plant.

No, I just didn't know so much of it was about money.  I thought you got your plant certified then that's it, maybe a couple inspections that were covered by the fee. It shouldn't be an additional expense with no limits.  Seems like it could be ripe for abuse.
