If there is one Jewish holiday that has always infuriated Israels enemies above all others it is Purim. That joyful and light hearted holiday when Jews get a little bit drunk, dress in silly costumes, and bring well deserved shame upon the memories of those who hate her. What adds extra piquancy to Purim 2013 is the sight of her deadly enemies in Syria and Lebanon literally tearing each other to pieces in a ferocious civil war. That is going to get much worse as as long suppressed hatreds rise to the surface and they weaken themselves prior to the next and final war with Syria, who will fall never to rise again.

To the south her implacable enemy Egypt reels from one crisis to another. Celebrate Ramadan by watching expensively produced blood libel films and attending monster million man 'Kill The Jew' rallies will you. Now they can't even have a soccer match without a couple of dozen people getting killed in riots. Unrest simmers in Cairo and thoughtful Egyptians fret over quite explicit Israeli threats to bomb the Aswan High Dam. All the while Turkey hesitates: Sick with worry that Israel will do the same to the Ataturk Dam Complex in the headwaters of the Euphrates, if they dare to support the coming war with more than words and a few empty gestures.

The newly completed Sinai boarder fence running from Eilat to Gaza means that Israel can now deal sternly with the Bedouin tribes for all the centuries of hurt that they have caused to the Jewish people, if they dare to try anything from now on. The Palestinians and Israeli Arabs have been quietened and weakened for the time being. Iraq is a wreck, a living example to the rest of the world of what will happen to them if they dare to come up against Israel. In fact a grim biblical prophecy coming to pass.

Iran is more of a worry because we all know that they have had access to Pakistani and North Korean nuclear weapons and other technology for a good few years now. Fuck China, Israeli assets have long been in place to rip the hearts out of her two main allies if they make a move. Iraq will probably suffer the equivalent of having an arm torn off in the coming war. But the bible makes it quite clear that they will be dealt with later in the 'Gog-Magog' war. As for Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States, they are plunder for the taking. Enjoy the coming weekend.
