[quote:Anonymous Coward 34683153:MV8yMTQ0MTQwXzM2MjE1NjExX0I2RDIyRjQy] I'll tell you why you're wrong OP. General Karl Von Clauswitz wrote a book about conflict named On War. One of the principles he laid out is that a conflict only ends when your enemy is made to believe there is no hope for the future. When he at long last comes to know he can't win, that's when he finally capitulates. If you never give the enemy any indication of your strength and resolve, you never do anything to sap his hope for victory and prove to him that he can't win. No, you don't sit back and hide. You show him exactly what is going to happen to him and you scare the living shit out of him and let him know he is fucking doomed. And if that's not enough you bring the doom until he becomes convinced of it. You could avert this war with a show of strength and save a lot of misery for everybody maybe. You're never going to do it laying in the weeds, that's a certainty. I highly recommend you find a copy of that book and read it. [/quote]

Let's face it--censorship is SHIT. However, SELF-censorship can and will SAVE YOUR ASS sometimes.
The way things are going with the US government trying to root out internet "extremists" (freedom-loving Americans), it's probably a good idea to practice some self-censorship when it comes to mentioning firearms, ammunition, accessories and magazines.
Look, we're ALL proud to support the 2nd Amendment. And most of us couldn't care less about what the federal government thinks of us. No one is a coward for keeping their armaments secret. Frankly, it's a good policy REGARDLESS of federal government threats to freedom. No one here has anything to prove.
It's getting to the point where the internet is shamelessly being monitored. And it's being monitored for everyday ordinary Americans who aren't satisfied with the federal government.
We're all on one "watch list" or another. But the feds are getting more aggressive. Think about your families.
One more thing:
BEWARE THE "LOUD AND PROUD" TYPES!!! Just remember how feds bust "domestic terrorists"! They fabricate the whole situation, provide the plans and the munitions and then they BUST THE POOR UNWITTING FUCKER WHO GOT WRAPPED UP IN THE GOVERNMENT-MADE PLOT.
In other words, beware of the people who say keeping quiet about your armament is an act of cowardess. Either they are morans or they are out to get you.
And if you think GLP isn't being HEAVILY MONITORED, you are WAY OFF.
Just my 2 cents.
