Original Message
10 years ago I was arrested for a bogus domestic violence. It never went to court, dismissed. I filed for the return of arrest card and finger prints. This doesn't need to be expunged right? Since it wasn't a conviction? Only a conviction can be expunged? I have a court order signed by a judge for return of arrest card and finger prints. Anybody here have any lawyer knowledge?
