Original Message I don't take naps very often but usually if I don't set a 20min alarm and go into a deeper sleep I end up having sleep paralysis. My brain is awake but I am unable to get my body to move...I might be able to move my fingers a bit. I have never had this happen during the night just when I take a longer than normal afternoon nap. Usually I just give up and go back to sleep until my body and brain get it together. Just wondering if anyone else has this issue.
