Original Message Serious question. What was the last disease/virus that we eradicated? I can't recall a single one in my lifetime...born in '74. All of the money, treatment, study, and awareness that is going on, but nothing ever changes. Sure, they may be able to prolong death for a few extra years, but where are all the real cures? Maybe it isn't possible to cure/stop/prevent/ most cancers. HIV/Aids...how much freaking money has been spent on this one alone? Cancer...there's a treatment center at every hospital...every little town has some type of cancer treatment center now. What about the dozens of other diseases that are so common...what is all the money being spent on?

I'm convinced that "they" have no intention of curing most diseases. I'm beginning to believe that it's all about population control now. There is so much money to be made treating an illness...not a lot it seems in making it go away.
