You may have an 'easy' (to deal with) regression and see yourself in a field of flowers or wheat, with children.... or, you may have a 'hard' (to deal with) regression and see yourself on a battle field, killing. If this is something that your inner voice is calling you to do, then only you can decide if you're ready, or willing, to accept and transmute what you see. Ask yourself this question - 'can I handle the truth?' even if it's not peaches and cream. If you feel your consciousness is leading you, then indeed, you may be ready!
Well said. For me, it was the ways in which I died that I discovered first, which was pretty scary. The therapist actually had to bring me out of one life because it was getting too intense. Then came the pleasant memories, one by one making up for the bad. But years later I discovered that I had done some really terrible things in one of my past lives. It took me a long time to forgive myself. So yes, that's definitely something you have to be prepared for, and you have to remember that whatever you may have done in previous lives, with the exception of karma, may have nothing to do with your personality in this life. In a nut shell, what they said ^
Has anyone here ever had a past-life regression? What's it like? I'm considering having it done, even though I've always thought that I couldn't relax enough to be hypnotized. Also, I feel like I'm being "led" to maybe learn to become a (part-time) hypnotherapist. I've always been fascinated with past lives and the afterlife, I like helping people and I'm a good listener, so I think it would be a good fit. I already have my dream career working at a website, but like I said, I feel like I'm also being "led" to do hypnotherapy.
