Original Message So, what if they issued you a policy that every 10 years... if you have no claims... you get a flat 10K Refund.

This, could be encouraging to people to NOT FILE Claims for BS and make health insurance more of a savings plan.. with a bonus.

Think about it. I am paying $16K a year for hubby and I ... health insurance. $16K a year...

What if just $1K a year was placed into a CD in our name for every year we do not file a claim.. and at the end of each 10 years... I can draw $10K out for good health behavior... what do you think?
