If he and his mother had been under surveillance ( which is likely to be the case IF this was indeed a setup and he was used as a patsy ) then knowing he was being  monitored he would likely not have had a cellphone.

As someone who has been on a gangstalking list for 8 years, I personally don't have one to protect my SAFETY as much as possible.

I have no intention of making my self a victim or contributing to my victimization by giving those responsible a key 'So to speak.' [b]This is one thing I have been able to do to limit their ability to track and monitor me.

Original Message Just wondering. No mention of him having a cell phone anywhere. It could of provided tons of info but all he had on him was his brothers lousy ID.
I guess he figured that would throw everyone off.
