Original Message You can find who is the real leader of the European Union just be reading the last paragraphs of any EU treaty:accesion treaty ,Maastricht,Lisbon,Constitutional,etc

That line says:

" The signatories of this treaty after exchanging their diplomatic instruments and after finding them in good and due form,have signed this treaty in 3 copies ; these copies shall be sent to Rome where they shall be guarded by the Italian Republic and the Vatican together with all the other EU treaties in force today "

The pope is also Praetor of Rome,Bishop of Rome and Emperor of the Roman Empire(since only people born in Rome have Roman citizenship by law)
so here it is the new Roman empire
after all it comes from Rome not Romania :)))
and the pope resigned because Rome was in apoorer shape than the other sides of the empire
