Very interesting idea here on the expanding earth theories. I came across it on Mike Philbin's website. It looks like the idea was sprung when the author saw this video of a coronal mass ejection hitting Earth. Of course it is an animation, but is beautiful to watch.

Here it is, here's NASA's evidence for the amount of pseudo-matter that is directed towards Earth (and all the other planets in the Solar System) on a daily basis in the form of electric discharge from an Electric Universe 'furnace' i.e. the Sun, it's called a Coronal Mass Ejection and it's a PLASMA.
(see video above)
One of the big contentions of the Warren S Carey's EXPANDING EARTH concept - [

...The lovely NASA video above shows how (were this an Electric Universe not a nuclear one) such 'exchange of matter' takes place from the Sun to Earth. This could fuel what some scientists call a LUDICROUS GROWING EARTH theory...
...The Sun throws the matter-generating FUEL at the earth almost every day, more so when there are solar maxima, and that (somehow) causing the magma to accumulate, pushing the solid plates of the Earth further apart...
