In this interview, Vance gives no indication at all that they were smashed. Wolf mentions reports that the hard drive was smashed @ around 5:23 in the video. Vance's response: "It's interesting that that information is out there. The way we do these types of cases is I am the only spokesman relative to this investigation. The only person who has personal knowledge about of we can and cannot say.I don't even know what was ceased in that house. The investigators have not provided me with that information because [b]we don't detail the evidence[/b]." (What?!?!?). To me, this sounds like he is indicating that it was not smashed. It sounds as if he's saying that information is out there, but because it didn't come from him, it's inaccurate. That's my take on it anyway.
