The question has been asked as to why the adults running from SHES with a little girl are shown later in other photographs, still crying or distressed, but without the child.

As far as I know, no parents made it inside the school at any point, so I think the two women are teachers/staff.
Here's a picture of the child, presumably taken later after being reunited with her dad:

If one of the women is a parent, though, the later pictures of them in distress, but without this child, could indicate they were waiting for a second child. This girl looks more like a third or fourth grader to me.
