The Livingston story is similar to the Tesla story in that regard as Livingston was heading a weather control research program during the 1960s but the program was de-funded.

You can discuss how there are many layers of covert… and only the top layer knows everything.  For example, a program being developed at “level 1” covert, could then move into “level 2” covert, and everyone below “level 2” would think that the program was shut down.

You can discuss how one fundamental goal of covert activity is to do things quietly, silently, and undetectably.  If people do detect the event, the goal is to frame someone or something else; plausible deniability.  Nature is the ultimate thing to blame; it doesn’t go to a lawyer and try to defend itself.  Directed energy accomplishes this goal in spades; it’s invisible, silent, and undetectable unless you have sensors designed to detect it.  You can influence a person’s mind, or influence climate without people detecting it.  While not morally acceptable, if the operations are conducted covertly, the mainstream population doesn’t know, so they won’t care.

You can discuss the idea of subtle bio-weapons, and subtle chemistry attacks… weakening people in a way that’s designed to be undetectable.  You can discuss how all FDA approved items are in their final stage of experimentation; full life and generational studies on human beings which takes 100+ years.

You can discuss how it’s important to think internationally about technology development.  Always inform people that there is the public and the covert.  That’s how society is designed, and “national security” is always used as the justification for the covert.

You can discuss how scientists agree that weather disasters have increased in frequency and they are blaming climate change.  The energy industry ensures that fossil fuels are the main energy source utilized the world round, and that alternative energies are given half-hearted effort (like Solyndra).  This provides plausible cause for climate change science.  On the political spectrum, the Republican side claims that climate change science is flawed.  On the Democratic side, they claim that it’s an established consensus.  The Democratic side claims that the Republican side is only interested in profit, and that’s why they don’t accept climate change science.  The Democratic and Republican sides are working together to manage the technology paradigm with all of this confusion.  These are standard counterintelligence techniques

Ask people if they think that the published "fastest computer in the world" is actually the fastest computer in the world.  Then ask them why they think covert organizations would tell the public about the fastest computer in the world given that such a computer has a strategic military or even just a business advantage.

You can discuss how public knowledge has public references in libraries and such.  Covert knowledge, by definition, has no public references.  Discuss how educated people, especially PhDs, are well trained to self-police both themselves and each other with references to validate a discussion.  Their egos act as a barrier to prevent covert knowledge from being discussed.  Our ego prefers not to think that “we do not know,” and so we avoid the topic of covert knowledge.  
Our ego thinks that “I could not have been this deceived my whole life.”  This is one of many well-designed psychological techniques to prevent discussion of covert knowledge.  It’s an oxymoron to seek undeniable proof of covert knowledge.

Keeping secrets in a large group effort is easy and common.  The Manhattan project was secret until hundreds of thousands of Japanese people died, and then the rest of the world learned of it because it was overtly used.  The Top Secret program called Hexagon is one of thousands of declassified things that we learn about at a later date, but until then, it was successfully kept secret.  Non-detection is the key to keeping secrets.  What secret weapons technology has not yet been overtly used?

Don’t say much…don’t be wordy… and NEVER strive to say everything all at once.  Only one small item at a time, mentioned casually with a monolithic resolve to your demeanor and only when the timing is right (when somebody else has said something that opens the door), and then you move on to the normal trivial topics of the day.  You’re never baited by anything.  They are the one’s that talk nonsense; never you… and people see it and realize it.  They begin to realize that they’ve been living in a dream world due to how simply you lay out the truth; it gets to them.  It reaches them.

The technology paradigm came into being a little more than 100 years ago.  The transition to how the world is organized today blended together with the old world order where ethnocentric / money / royalty interests dominated simply because they could.  One of your jobs is to help transition to a world order that is purely the technology paradigm, and we end the residual ethnocentrism at the top.  To be clear about this, there are, absolutely, covert organizations (“secret societies”), and they do whatever they choose to do within societies around the world using the ever so simple technique of “LYING TOGETHER AS A GROUP.”  Gangs, Mafias, Governments, intelligence agencies, etc… all of these groups use the power of  “LYING TOGETHER AS A GROUP.”  You have to think in terms of higher level international organizations that not only infiltrate the CIA, but formed the CIA to keep tabs on US activities… the CIA has only been here since 1947.  These higher level organizations don’t publish their names.

You can mention Benjamin Fulford and the exact history of his progression from working at Forbes, then not working at Forbes, then threatening the lives of Dick Cheney and David Rockefeller on July 7, 2007, and then interviewing David Rockefeller 4 months later, etc.  It’s also important to point out that Ben has been subjected to massive counterintelligence psychological operations.  Much of what he has said over the years hasn’t quite added up, and he never mentions the technology paradigm.  If you overlay the TP with some of the items he talks about it makes more sense.  For example, recently he stated that one possible NWO plan was for Obama to act as the world leader to merge Christianity and Islam; he certainly profiles well for that role given his heritage and religious background.  From the perspective of the TP that’s certainly on course and per the general plan.

Religion: You know about the ancient religions, but you probably don’t know (until now) that mainstream media, itself, is the new religion.  The current psychological operation is to criticize and attack the older religions in order to move everyone into the new, mainstream media religion; belief in a god is optional.  The old religions wrote a script about good and evil, and the evil side scares people into the good side.  The new religion is the same.  Terrorism, racism, etc scares people into the scripted “good side” of the mainstream media religion.  It’s quite Orwellian; embracing “diversity” actually means embracing “genetic homogenization,” for example.  This is the opposite of a freely diversifying, branching tree of human DNA with thousands of healthy cultures (ancestry groups) thriving around the world.  Governments sponsor and enforce this new religion (at gunpoint).  It’s driven by the leaders of the fractional reserve banking system, financial companies, and corporatism in general.  More customers equals more profit and higher taxes equals more control.  This is how the technology paradigm is currently (and has been) managed.

Since this mainstream media religion is somewhat new, I'll elaborate a bit on the details.  First, it was developed because of the technology paradigm.  Top class leaders of the early 1900s were the ones that knew about this technology, so they are the ones that decided how to manage the mainstream population into the future.  It's the standard in-group / out-group psychology.  The idea was simple enough; using a three step psychological operation, everybody in the out-group would be brought under a new religion which is, in essence, genetic and religious homogenization.  The first step of the psy-op was to group everybody into races (started during the early 1900s) and promote that concept for many decades such that everybody would view themselves with simple, color categories (black and white being the most highly promoted).  The second step was the promotion of the evil side which was fully manifested in the form of Hitler.  The evil side has been continuously (though covertly) supported and promoted in other forms for the past many decades, and this continuously justifies the "good side" of the religion which is the third step; grouping everybody into a single "human race" to oppose the evil side.  Remember, we are the human species with thousands of ancestry groups, and all the mixing that has happened as a result of this new religion means that there are now thousands of new ancestry groups.  Obama's genetic heritage, for example, is Kenyan/English, and that description can probably be refined further.  Reality is simple.

It's very easy to know if you are under the influence of this new religion or not.  If you think, in any way, that you are racist if you are not willing to date or mate with any other ancestry group on Earth, then you are under the influence of the religion.  If you intentionally date or mate far from your ancestry group to prove you are not racist, then you are under the influence of the religion.  If you, on the other hand, don't think any thoughts about racism, then you are not under the influence of this religion.  If you’ve ended up in a relationship with somebody far from your ancestry group due to governmental enforcement (laws) of this religion, that doesn’t mean that you’re under the influence of the religion, but you have been affected by it.  Anyway… none of this really matters going forward.  The creation of new ancestry groups is part of the diverse branching tree of human DNA and we can live healthy cultures and tune in all the details of life to our DNA, whatever it is.

It’s very important to clearly understand the exact plan that’s been under construction for the past 100 years.  There’s the in-group and the out-group.  The in-group knows about the advanced technology, and they live in the real world where real decisions are made.  The out-group is everybody else, and, from the perspective of the in-group, the goal is to control all of them from one central source of Media, Money, and Military; so that’s why there is the policy of homogenization.   The in-group doesn’t need to walk among or breed with the out-group; advanced technology allows them to completely isolate themselves and still maintain total control.  It’s actually a magnificent construction when you just step back and think about it.  They’re a separate branch of the human species, and the out-group becomes the other branch of the human species… and they think, more or less, that they are free.  It successfully manages the technology paradigm.  What I did, in the original thread I composed, is propose that they try another path; that’s all.  Apparently it worked… at least for now… but it’s important that you help by turning people to this new path such that we can safely transition to a more honest world order based on the mandates of the technology paradigm.

You will inform people that the fractional reserve banking system is why the housing market inflates so much.  If people could not take out loans to “afford” a home, the home could not cost so much.  This is free market economics 101.  The fractional reserve banking system allows the current managers of the technology paradigm to maintain a continuous revenue stream from everyone in the form of interest from inflated housing, expensive cars, credit card debt, business debt, and government debt.  They also make continuous capital gains through the buying and selling of everything on Earth (stocks, currency, food, mining ore, everything), and since they are at the top level of knowledge, by definition, when they trade things it’s always a form of insider trading, but they also decide when investigations of that kind will be done… so that investigation never happens.  One of the buffers they use to justify the continuation of this system is retired people.  Look at the pie chart to see how much money flows towards genuinely needy, elderly people and how much flows towards the wealthiest people on Earth.  Also, why aren’t younger members of families caring for their elderly?  That’s the most healthy way to design a culture because then you get direct feedback on all the cause/effects that led to a person aging as they did, and it’s just good for family relations.  The media constantly promotes the idea of division among family members (getting away from each other) and this is because they need “elderly people living on their own” to justify the economic system as it is.

A quick solution to all of this is a global maximum earnings, capital gains, profit, and fair IP law.  You can discuss that with people and help to form a consensus to make it so.  It will be part of the natural transition to a more honest world based purely on the technology paradigm.  Some people will immediately point out that if the housing market goes back down to real free market values (as opposed to fractional reserve banking inflated values), that they will be underwater in their mortgages.  Simple solution:  Every 3 months, evaluate the value of the housing market in your area, then adjust both the principal and the monthly payment of your mortgage down by that exact %.  DONE!

You understand that when a mainstream person is looking at mainstream media, it is equivalent to a computer being programmed.  You, on the other hand, can look at mainstream media to get some of the positive emotions it’s designed to elicit, but without being programmed.  It’s also important to maintain awareness of how mainstream people have been programmed, because this will enable you to more easily re-program them with the reality of the technology paradigm.  If you can completely turn somebody to become an agent of the TP, that’s great.

From the Man of Steel trailer, “you will help them accomplish wonders” refers to the reality of releasing some of the suppressed technology AND the simple reality that people can very quickly become scientifically minded to make very simple observations about their own lives (cause / effects of everything that affects their youthful longevity), and people can easily begin to live well beyond 100 years of age easily… and still look reasonably young.  “In time, they will join you in the sun,” obviously refers to item # 2 listed above.  People will learn the power and benefits of properly enjoying the sun – the most fundamental component of all life - not too much, not too little, and at the proper time of day for their skin DNA.

The old plan to push a new religion that homogenizes everybody into “one” so to speak, will go obsolete as diversity thrives and branches in whatever direction it naturally does.  We’ll tune-in the details of our daily culture to our DNA to optimize our lives.  This is all very easy stuff if people are simply shown the path.

Here’s a fair question:  Why don’t the leaders of mainstream media, corporatism, and government simply state the truth to help this transition along?  That’s coming… you’re helping.  Let’s redesign the world, and obsolete the way it was done before.  Your job is to create a buzz that cannot be ignored by the mainstream media, or by FBI agents, or by political leaders… they will be forced to provide all people within the United States… and thus the world… with some of this knowledge.  People in the CIA, MI6, Mossad, FSB, political, business, and economic leaders, and all the rest will turn to the right path… and then the world will turn… and then people will wonder why this wasn’t always the way things were done.

Original Message Hi guys. I’ve returned to provide you with some guidance on how to live and think as an agent of the Technology Paradigm (TP). Countries, organizations, businesses, agencies… they are all simply people that communicate with each other at a certain knowledge level and they have a purpose and objectives. Your mission as a TP agent is simple: Help to safely transition society towards an honest world order based on the technology paradigm.
