Original Message Chandler AZ here. I think the most perfect food in the world is Vietnamese soup at Pho Van. There is nothing like good bun bo hue or pho and the bahn mi bo kho. Also there is an authentic Szechuan place by me that has water boiled chicken (makes your mouth numb my god!) and wonderful beef soup with bok choy.

Also I have a soft spot for spinach and sausage stromboli even though I have a gluten problem I'll try and power through it anyhow. La Familia is a good joint.
