Original Message Scientists are saying that a monster quake will hit the US West Coast at some point in the future with 100% certainty. They just don't know when. It is expected that thousands will perish because of the earthquake and tsunami due to unpreparedness. If you think that the aftermath of the Japan quake was bad, this will be worse because the Japanese were more prepared than people on the West Coast of the US.

I think that the powers that be know that something bad is on the horizon and are trying to get people prepared without alarming them or causing panic.
