Original Message Policy requires CVS employees to report weight or face fine:

"OKLAHOMA CITY —A new CVS policy requiring its employees to report their weight and body fat is coming under fire.

The company says the policy only applies to those who use CVS'S health insurance. If employees do not provide the information they could face a monthly premium increase of $50"

Although it is originally stated that this only applies to those receiving health insurance it later states that as of May 1st all employees must comply.

If someone is not depending on a company to pay a part of their medical bills and their weight is not affecting the employees ability to perform their job I really don't think CVS should be able to implement this requirement. Seems just a bit intrusive.
