Original Message I went to the dentist today because I have a tooth that is beginning to be a tiny bit painful once in a while, that has a HUGE mercury amalgam filling in it. I bet half the crown is amalgam and it is a large back molar tooth.
I ask the dentist if mercury is ever leeched into the rest of the body from the filling. He said, it would be too tiny to matter. And he said that you get mercury when eating fish, now.
Does anyone have any insight on this?
