Only the northern part will split off in order to establish the big Kurdistan (with Northern Iraq Kurds). So the Russians can keep their naval base in south. And the Iraqi oil pipelines will reach Mediterranean Sea through Israel-US controlled Kurdish land. Also this will weaken the position of Iran. [/quote] that looks more and more like what is going to happen. only thing is it will only take one chemical shell landing in the wrong place and all the well laid plans go out the window. im interested in the time-table for this. i have been saying before april of this year. we are drawing close. perhaps it wont be until this summer...idk. Israel's Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed apologising to Turkey on Friday for the deadly 2010 flotilla raid and announced a full resumption of diplomatic ties as well as compensation for the families of those killed, his office said.
In a phone call between Netanyahu and Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, "the two agreed to normalisation between the countries, including returning ambassadors and cancelling legal proceedings against IDF (Israeli army) soldiers," it said.
"Prime Minister Netanyahu apologised to the Turkish people over every mistake that could have led to the loss of lives and agreed to complete the agreeement with compensation."
