I've only been using this for the last month so it's probably a bit too soon. However I have not had so much as the inkling of an ob since starting the treatment.
The treatment is simple and low cost. Simply apply coconut oil 2 times per day (morning and before going to bed) to the area where ob's occur.
I use cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil - don't know if that matters. Apparantly the lauric acid in the oil is deadly on the herpes virus.
I haven't been taking any other prescribed or otherwise medication.
