Yes, deal with all that. However there is something more important to deal with: your own energy body.

The real energy 'gain' lies in the energy body itself. Just to wake it up takes MASSIVE amounts of energy. Even if you eat perfect non-GMO food and deal with every negative energy source that tries to drain you, it's not enough energy gained to wake up the energy body.

If anyone is interested:

It all has to do with moving the Assemblage Point.

Definition: the assemblage point is the energy knot (the chakras are too) that connects the energy body or soul to the body.

The assemblage point when moved in DREAMING primarily determines what reality we inhabit. By moving the assemblage point we can go anywhere, past, present, future, obtain information, heal ourselves, and a lot more. Most importantly: gain freedom and have experiences in non-ordinary reality, function as an energy being that we are.

Repeat: the assemblage point is the energy knot (the chakras are too) that connects the energy body or soul to the body.

The shamans train to be able to manipulate the AP at will. (Not in all traditions but some).

Then they are able to dream-awake.

Some folks are naturally psychic. That just means they have a bit of an energy surplus, more than others. It might not be enough though to bring the energy body into a full-blown state of wakefulness.

Here is my understanding. Ill try and break it down based on my observation from the dream/mental realm.

Time aka chicken and egg.

There seems to be a yin and yang to it as with anything else I experience form my perspectives.

THERE things happen over time or within my HERE understanding of time. the more i remember the more i realize that WHEN happens there is the opposite of WHEN happens here. for example. The first part of my dream is often the last part of my waking day. or at least speaks to it. the last part of my dream speaks to the first part of my day. so. im left asking what is the dream and what is "real".

im able to predict things to happen in my "real" day based on what happens in the dream from the night before. Or something happens HERE that happened THERE. am i living in a dream? is my higher self higher or a reflective self? I know he wears a black hooded robe. ( sorry ill try to keep the personal parts out of this and stick to mechanics only).

Place Place seems to be more expressionist THERE. Non specific yet illustrative. The places THERE are summations or the most basic ways of distilling where I will walk HERE. for example: the bay of a lake as organic as that may be here it is an expression that can be boiled down to the concept of where land meets water. thats how it would apear THERE. Materials delineated in simplistic forms. Concrete and water touching. Place not to be confused with emotional landscape ( house, mansion, cave seem to be extensions of my personal psyche.)

Tansitrelated o Place but more about the mechanics of getting place to place. This part really interests me. Tunnels, Trains, portals...walking through walls, taking trains, jumping into holes in the ground and coming out in different places THERE.

InfrastructureHERE, STARS(floor of THERE or astrological signs.) THERE, SKY of THERE. Our dreams happen above the floor of THERE.
