Mr Hague told Sky's Murnaghan show that there was a danger of "miscalculation" as Kim Jong-Un's bellicose statements ratchet up tensions on the Korean peninsula. He was speaking after an American defence official revealed the US has delayed the testing of an intercontinental ballistic missile in an effort to defuse the situation.
