Nah, control is more of a means to money rather than the other way around. They have to grasp the control of mechanics of gov before you can really grab the money.

Still an excellant post that truly is scary. This really reeks of pre-9/11 circumstances when the Bush administration kept putting off a meeting with their terrorist specialists and did nothing upon receiving intelligence that an attack was imminent that summer given to Bush in July - did nothing but say upon seeing it "ok, now you have covered your ass".

Just think of the money made by Cheney's Halliburton recipient of HUGE no bid government contracts.
