I have no idea what to make of this.

Is it hologram technology being tested? Is it a glitch in the matrix?

I don't think these videos are fake since it's very difficult to fake something when the angle of view is constantly changing as it is with these clips being filmed from cars.

The only thing I do know is that it's impossible for a jet to appear motionless unless it's bucking a 150 mpg headwind which clearly is not happening!
