I have been meditating a lot, and studying sacred geometry and have been having experiencing an increasing, overwhelming amount of synchronicities. I had an experience today where I felt a sudden understanding, and it was really powerful. I felt the interconnectedness that exists in a huge way. It was amazing and true, but it developed into a huge panic attack shortly after. I think I've been taking in so much information, in such a relatively short amount of time, and I wasn't expecting it to hit me the way it did. I didn't feel able to handle it in a way, because I'm under a huge amount of stress. Going through a breakup, and realizing the depths of what's happening in the world. It's all so much! I feel I need to ground myself in my body, as I've been focusing so much on these heavy topics. I believe this is a really important time we're in, and I have felt the need to gather as much information as I could. I know I'm not alone in these feelings. Just thought I'd share my experience and see if some of the wise souls here have any advice or just wanted to share experiences, because it's hard to talk about these things with the people around me. I try, and some really want to understand, but don't know what I'm talking about really.
