Since this post was made in 2013, there has been a large number of incidents matching the pattern. Alle of them has been documented here on GLP.

You have to go down the rabbit hole to understand this phenomenon.....but there is a possible explanation:

Below is an interesting piece i just found...REMEMBER same pattern goes for earthquake drills etc.....so NO GOVERNMENT CONSPIRACY.....but a scientific explanation.
