Original Message The 4 X flares that occurred over the past two days was not Earth directed but the first of the shock waves will start hitting us today at 9:UT. There was also 4 other lesser Flares at the same time so we can expect some impact from their shock waves as well.

I know enough about science to know that waves originating at various locations can converge and amplify one another and thus increase the impact. In our case it will disrupt the magnetic field protecting us from solar radiation effectively taking our shields down. The first tree X Flares together with the four smaller ones might just take our shields down enough for the fourth one to come in and knock us out of the park.

If the active region on the sun that produced these flares continue to spit out X Flares then we are really in for a rough ride because it turns to face us over the next 24 to 48 hrs.
