Are there any women here on GLP in Peri-menopause? Going through the change?
Im having a horrific time of it, and would like to know YOUR symptoms and what, if anything, that helped you.
My sleep is the worse, I have horrible insomnia and when i DO sleep, it's jumbled and I wake up every hour or so.
Night sweats, as well.
Hot flashes have slowed considerably, but those were the strangest feeling I ever had. Almost like a hair dryer being turned on from the inside.
Very moody, sensitive emotions, and can get angry really fast.
Joint aches. Brain fog.
Lack of energy, this is a biggy..it takes everything I have just to get out of bed.
I dont want to take HRC, Ive been taking some herbal supplements, but they dont seem to be helping.
