Original Message I find the whole story of Moses totally bizarre and I am astounded how people can still believe it even in today's modern times of great knowledge and technology.

so Moses crossed the red sea with the Egyptian army in hot pursuit... and got to the other side and got stuck in the desert and in the wilderness of the Sinai region.

so why in god's heaven stay there for 40 years???
was he stuck at the crossroads with a red traffic light and waited to change green??

Palestine would have been only maybe 7 days walk away....so why stay there for 40 years???
and why did his followers also stay there without moving on??
how could they eat manna for 40 years x 3 times a day???
how bizarre is that??
but why no one questions the veracity of this implausible story?

I would have gone shopping in Jerusalem after only 4 days in the desert...but 40 years???

that's the whole life of those people totally wasted.

and then , after all that...Yahweeh god killed Moses without letting him see the promised land??
why??
how cruel and stupid is this story?
