1. Do research on what's known as FPV headgear.

2. Build yourself a quadcopter, they're very easily available nowadays.

DJI Naza, DJI Wookong, take your pick.

3. Mount LED and flashy bling bling lights on them.

4. Mount FPV cameras like Go-Pro or etc.

5. Use long range transmitter/receivers that span 5 kilometers or more.

Go out at night, fly your shit around in the sky as high as you can within your transmitter/receiver limits, and enjoy the view from your VR FPV glasses and having fun with idiots reporting UFO sightings.

No need to worry about losing your toy because it is GPS equipped with return to home feature.
