Original Message I've had valerian tabs before and started having side effects with the hops mixed in etc,so went back to valerian only tabs, but these have caused horrible dreams and actually really upsetting me! Why does valerian Root Tabs cause side effects like this when it is meant to be calming and help you sleep??
