The second group wants to wipe us out with bioweapons. They will use mind-controlled patsies to release highly lethaland contagious viruses in every major airport at the same time. With all those passengers traveling to so many destinations there will thousands of infected people within hours and within days it will be in the millions. They will 
either be off-world (yes they already have off-world colonies) or in deep underground facilities. It will be decades before Earth is safe for their return. This is the reason for the 'zombie' subculture. By allowing ourselves to get entertained by such crap we are inadvertently buying into a dangerous programming.

These creatures envision a world where (those of us who get to live) will be reduced to primitive neo-feudal conditions. By then they will be enjoying their mega cities with all the amazing technology that has been stolen and suppressed from us for so many decades. They see it as 'their' technology and don't want to share it with anyone. We are like rodents on their land (funny considering how decrepit and pathetic they are) who are to be exterminated.

Those who get to live in the mega-cities will be under constant 24 hour surveillance, will be dumbed down to the 
absolute max and will worship the 'state' as God - We're almost there now, just a few more crucial years before it all kicks off!
