I suppose it would take a millionaire several times over to have the balls to actually try it. Go to the bank and withdraw, say, 500,000 bucks. Do it in small increments if you have to. Keep all the receipts. Don't use the ATM. Go inside to a teller. Preferably the same one every time. Then, when you have the desired amount, take a folding table and chair, a locked briefcase with all that cash and it's receipts and park yourself on public property right outside the bank at 12'clock high. Make a big sign that states at 3:00 you'll begin giving it away in small amounts until it's gone.

Question: How long will it take the cops to confiscate your hard earned money. Could they? You can prove everything with your receipts and an actual person (namely, the teller) as your witness. Plus, all those lovely camera's. LOL

I would do this if I won the lottery just to see....
