I have $24,000 in debt, and am earning only $1800-2000/month.
The debt was quite a bit more, but I have been working it down for the past year or so.
My hours are getting reduced at work, added with increasing living costs and I feel like I'm the US facing their debt crisis.
I have basically do not spent any money on wants. I stay home and don't go out, eat out, or on vacation.
I really can't take it anymore, I have been looking for a new job, a 2nd job, but there just isn't any jobs available where I live and moving isn't an option unless its a guaranteed job.
The only major asset I own is my car which I pretty much need to get around.
What can/should I do?
I have never asked a public forum for help but GLP seems to have more people with my mindset so their advice could either be very good or very bad.
