Original Message I work in retail at a well known uk retailer. I was on my non paid lunch break and was talking to several staff. The topic of immigration came up and some Asian staff members argued that they shouldn't have to learn English to live in England and English people should learn to speak "multi cultural" languages

I voiced my opinion to say that immigrants who come into the uk specially England should know or learn English .

Whilst I said this a white manager came in and had heard and pulled me over to one side and said I should leave early and they will review my enployment at their store

So I'm about to get fired I guess

By the Way I'm am excellent employee missed 1 day in 3 years and had a drs note for that .
