I've simply never heard of an earthquake which occurred while it was raining, that's all.
I've only experienced a few minor quakes the largest a 5 pointer. Come to think of it, each time, it was sunny. You might be onto something OP. bookmarking to follow for other input 5 stars
I have never heard of an earthquake striking wile it was raining or snowing or whatever - only when it's sunny.
Why is this?
Is it because HAARP can only handle one thing at a time?
