No Christian of any era should have thought they'd escape the wrath of man or Satan. That is to be expected, and even to day many Christians are martyred.

But the wrath of God is a time of suffering Jesus said "that has never been before and will never be again". Its purpose, per Daniel's 70 weeks prophecy, is to finish the punishments still remaining for the Jews, and to punish the unbelieving world of Satan's kingdom. Since, as you know, the church has already been suffering, we are not to suffer more.

So you are confusing/mixing the wrath of man/Satan and the wrath of God. They are not the same.

Original Message So should we be watching to see if they disappear, or will they be in for a rude awakening? The are mentally avoiding any issues going on in the world. Wouldn't want to go into battle with these people, as they do not want to prepare for anything other than Dairy Queen.
