[quote:Anonymous Coward 43131103:MV8yMjg4NjU1XzM4OTU4MzE3Xzk2NjUwMkJC] 1 - E.T's cannot interact with a developing planet (there are some exceptions though) 2 - bacteria came from outer space on astroids/meteorites and crashed into earth and then started to evolutionize because earth is habitable. [/quote]
Humans have completly evolved on earth from microbes on up.
This evolution took 5 billions years and humans only appeared during the last million year.
Now I presume it would be unethical for aliens to colonized a planet already inhabited by (presumably) sentient beings.
If for example Mars or Venus could be habitable then for sure humans would be colonizing them right now.
But why haven't the aliens colonized earth for all the billions of years where we weren't around?
Isn't that a logical proof that aliens while they probably exist haven't colonized us because interstellar distances are just too great?
