Original Message In yet another twist in the clusterfuck that has been the Zimmerman 2nd Degree Murder trial, Eric Holder's Justice Department has ordered Sanford police to hold onto evidence, including GZ's firearm, in direct violation of Florida State law. Zimmerman was expected to get his firearm and other items back by the end of July.

Now the question must be asked as to whether the rights of the state and the laws of the state still matter. At this point, it appears that the federal government has taken over all aspects of our lives, including the sovereignty of the states we live in. Were I living in the state of Florida, I would be writing my state rep and demanding that the laws of the State of Florida be upheld before the laws of some pathetic pricks 1000 miles away.
