Original Message The Judge cleared the courtroom [of jury] when Manson's defense was given, the judge declared he was fearful Manson could brainwash the Jury.

President Nixon declared on front page news that Manson was guilty BEFORE the trial began [a presidential decree of Guilt] as a mistrial was requested but not granted
after 44 yrs in Jail this person STILL hasn't had a proper trial.

AND many are saying he is right
that if HE doesn't get a fair trial ... no one in America will ever get one, like his predictions to the prosecutor who lamented they all came true, in post 9-11 USA ppl are losing their rights as Manson predicted.
