Original Message when you sent off your a4v and they dont credit your account they have to by law return it with notice of dishonor... they dont but you dont know how to enforce thats why no-ones a4v's work because no-one files claims... its a little a harder against public entities like the tax collector for the county only credited my account for 10k with a 5$ postal money order a4v'd and a coupon accepted for value these are negotiable instruments if they are labed conspicuously as such and are enforceable in any equity court... good luck happy hunting guys...
