[quote:Anonymous Coward 45542815:MV8yMzI4NTk2XzM5NzMxNzAwXzg1NTkyNDJD] I roast with a small pot and a heat gun. It works great and helps to get into the roasting process. I usually like to roast to full city +. When finished, I dump the beans onto a perforated pizza pan that is sitting on top of a bucket attached to a vacuum. Cools the beans down pretty well. If any of you guys are looking for a deal on some coffee. Look up "Green Coffee Beans - Peru" or "aproposinternational" on ebay. 4 dollars a pound for some high quality green beans. :5a::5a::5a::5a::5a::5a::5a: [/quote]

Anyone roast their own coffee beans? Do you roast for yourself or for a business?
What's your favorite bean to roast? I love roasting Brazil or Peruvian beans, so sweet and rich!
We just got a Malawi Peaberry that tastes smooth as silk. Expensive stuff though : /
